Critters in Need

The Lola Ya Bonobo sanctuary, the only sanctuary in the world for the critically endangered bonobo ape, has been recovering from the flu epidemic, thanks in part to the generosity of old and new supporters who responded to calls for help. They continue to struggle against difficult odds to preserve a unique and important species in its natural environment.
